まずは「１０分間」

１０分だけでいいから机に向かって勉強してみろ。
やれることが限られてるし物足りなくなってくるだろう。
そう感じたらしめたものだ。
あとは自分で「勉強したぞー」と充足感に浸れる勉強時間を探せばいい。

自分自身が「疲れてきたな」とか「参考書の字を読んでるのがつらくなってきた」と感じたら集中力が切れてきた証拠だ。
その勉強時間を紙に書いておいて、今度はその勉強時間は集中できるように毎日勉強する。
すると

「はじめは４０分勉強してたら集中力が切れてたんだけど、気づいたら１時間１０分も夢中で問題集解いていた」

なんてことになるだろう。
